The appointment came and tests were scheduled. This morning he went to have an ultra sound and a Doppler and even in a private institution, there is no one there this morning to do them! So tomorrow's appointment with the Consultant has to be postponed and he cannot be seen until the 12th of next month. He went through a series of unexpected blood tests last night as dengue is suspected. I think not! We will know today. All this costs money - A great deal of money and whilst the goose is getting fat, the chicken wastes away!

I really get very tired of all these things that were once thought to detect anything in its early stages. Many years ago, because of inept technicians, the wonderful doctors told me that I was neurotic, there was nothing wrong with me and what I had was all in my head! I knew my body and knew something was very wrong. I proved them all wrong when after numerous scans, gastroscopies barium meals, colonoscopies I collapsed with a perforated duodenal ulcer!

Lucky to have lived to tell the tale. The Blog of Beehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00650938872732748697noreply@blogger.com
